🛡️ የውበት መጠበቂያ መሣሪያዎች አጠቃላይ መመሪያ

ውድ ደንበኛ፤ እነዚህን ዘመናዊ መሣሪያዎች ስለመረጡ እናመሰግናለን። መሣሪያዎቹን መጠቀም ከመጀመርዎ በፊት እባክዎ ይህንን መመሪያ በጥንቃቄ ያንብቡ።

#1. (ለጥቁር ነጥብና ለንቅሳት ማጥፊያ)

* ዝግጅት፦ መጀመሪያ የታከሚውን ቦታ በንጹህ ውሃ ይታጠቡ እና ያድርቁ።

* ደረጃውን መምረጥ፦ መሣሪያውን ካበሩ በኋላ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ የጥንካሬ መጠኑን (Intensity) ይምረጡ። ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ተጠቃሚ ከሆኑ በዝቅተኛው ደረጃ ይጀምሩ።

* አጠቃቀም፦ መሣሪያውን ከቆዳዎ በ 1-2 ሳንቲ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ በመያዝ በነጥቦቹ ላይ ያነጣጥሩ። በአንድ ቦታ ላይ ከ 2 ሰከንድ በላይ አይቆዩ።

* ጥንቃቄ፦ በሚጠቀሙበት ወቅት የግድ መከላከያ መነጽር ያድርጉ።

2. (ለኪንታሮት እና ለቆዳ መጥበቅ)

* ማጽዳት፦ የሚታከመውን ቦታ በአልኮል ወይም በንጹህ ማጽጃ ያጽዱ።

* መርፌውን መግጠም፦ ለመሣሪያው ተስማሚ የሆነውን መርፌ በጥንቃቄ ያስሩ።

* አጠቃቀም፦ መሣሪያውን በማብራት ኪንታሮቱ ወይም የታሰበው ቦታ ላይ ቀስ እያሉ "ነካ ነካ" ያድርጉት። ቆዳው ላይ በጣም አይጫኑ፤ በፕላዝማው ጨረር ብቻ እንዲቃጠል ያድርጉ።

* ከህክምና በኋላ፦ ከታከመ በኋላ ቦታው ላይ የቁስል ማድረቂያ ቅባት (Repair Cream) ይቀቡ። የፈጠረው ቅርፊት በራሱ ጊዜ እንዲረግፍ ይተዉት (በእጅ አይላጡት)።

3. (ለማይፈለግ ፀጉር ማጥፊያ)

* ቅድመ ዝግጅት፦ መሣሪያውን ከመጠቀምዎ በፊት የታሰበውን ቦታ በምላጭ (Razor) ይላጩ (ፀጉሩ አጭር መሆን አለበት)።

* መጀመር፦ መሣሪያውን ከኤሌክትሪክ ጋር አገናኝተው ያብሩት። ለቆዳዎ ቀለም የሚስማማውን የብርሃን መጠን ይምረጡ።

* አጠቃቀም፦ የመሣሪያውን መስኮት በቆዳዎ ላይ በትክክል ያስደግፉ እና የፍላሽ (Flash) ቁልፉን ይጫኑ።

* ጊዜ፦ መጀመሪያ ባሉት 4 ሳምንታት በሳምንት አንድ ጊዜ ይጠቀሙ። ከዚያም እንደ ፀጉሩ እድገት በየሁለት ሳምንቱ አንዴ ያድርጉት።

### ⚠️ ዋና ዋና ጥንቃቄዎች

1. የፀሐይ ብርሃን፦ መሣሪያዎቹን ከተጠቀሙ በኋላ ለ 24-48 ሰዓታት ለጠንካራ የፀሐይ ብርሃን አይጋለጡ። የፀሐይ መከላከያ (Sunscreen) መጠቀም ይመከራል።

3. ባትሪ፦ መሣሪያዎቹን ተጠቅመው ሲጨርሱ ባትሪው እንዲሞላ ያድርጉ እና በደረቅ ቦታ ያስቀምጡ።

4. መከልከል፦ ነፍሰ ጡር ሴቶች፣ ከፍተኛ የቆዳ በሽታ ያለባቸው ወይም የልብ መቆጣጠሪያ (Pacemaker) የገጠላቸው ሰዎች እነዚህን መሣሪያዎች ባይጠቀሙ ይመከራል።
